Many thanks to Uncle Ray and his quarter operated laundry machines! The final quarter has been found. Tommy had to do some leg work for this one, sorting through and then helping re-roll 6-7 rolls of quarters, but patience proved valuable and there was the US Virgin Islands! Thanks to all who contributed quarters and effort. He did the whole thing in less than two months because he had a lot of help.

It is great that Tommy found the last coin...and that it happened at a family gathering! This was a fun, collaborative, educational activity. (--Really hate to admit it, but I just found the location of two of the territories today.)
It was left out that now Tommy wants to take all the quarters out and start over.
