You've all been very patient with the lack of updates... thank you. As you know, we've been busy swapping toenails for fingernails and getting ready for school to start. Tom is healing nicely; we go back for another follow up appointment on Tuesday. School starts next week for both of us so we're getting that stuff in order. We've had a lot of help the last couple of weeks from Gma & Papa and Nana & Jen occupying Tommy and Greg occupying Finn & Cali. Thanks to all.

Some of our summer "to-do" list items were crossed off, many were not. Alas, maybe we'll find our garage or open up our closet next summer. I didn't look at a single preschool. Tommy did not want to potty train this summer either. We made a few attempts throughout but despite showing every sign of readiness, he simply doesn't want to. Whatcha gonna do?
Things are going to be super busy once school starts. Tom has a class of 35 students! I am teaching 4 dance classes during the school day, directing a play 4 days a week after school and doing Dance after school one day a week. Thus, I imagine that all pictures taken of Tommy for the next couple of months will, like these, be taken by grandmas.

Potty training is for daycare. You pay, they train.
HAHAHAHA! Just looked at the basketball pics and had to ask why Tommy is dressed like Teen Wolf??? HA!
They brought him home like that... and that was exactly what I said! You know, the guy who was in the wolf costume playing basketball was a short Pacifica boy who went to SI so maybe Gma and Papa are hoping for a sequel?
Maybe Gma let Tommy go swimming in his 'basketball' shorts before realizing they were part of a uniform, and then they had to dry. Maybe she had to hurry and snap the pictures before bringing him home and by then the pj's were already on. Maybe we can take official basketball pictures another time...for his audition, of course.
I'm dying over the basketball pictures, too!!!
How nice would it be if daycare potty trains him between now and December?? :)
